To qualify for a refund you must:

Be the registered purchaser of the ExamSaver product
Fail the corresponding exam only once
Pass two ExamSaver Simulated Examinations as proof
Contact ExamSaver to claim this guarantee and provide the following:
- Proof of purchase
- Copy of Documents of exam scores for failed test

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any returned orders without an RMA# will not be accepted. It is recommended that returns be sent to Examsaver via UPS or Federal Express.

This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Examsaver. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns of this type must be received by Examsaver or postmarked no later than 30 days after the failed exam date.

Financial Customer Policy

CFA® Purchases: Fail the CFA® exam within three consecutive exam periods for Level 1 or within two consecutive exam periods for Levels 2 and 3.

Refund requests for failed Level 1 exam must be postmarked by August 31 for May/June exam, and January 30th for December exam. Refund requests for Level 2 and 3 must be postmarked by September 15th.
CFA® Lifetime purchases do not qualify for a money back guarantee.

CPA Purchases: Fail the corresponding exam once within three consecutive exam periods.

Refund requests for exam(s) must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days following the exam date.

Series Purchases: Fail any corresponding Series exam within a one-year time frame.

Refund request for failed Series exam must be postmarked within 30 days of the failed exam.

Lifetime Membership offers access to all current and future titles Examsaver produces for the specific vendor for which a Lifetime Membership is purchased (i.e. Microsoft or Cisco).

All current titles, upgrades, and vendor version changes, as well as future engine updates, are available to Lifetime Members.

Shipment of Examsaver titles is limited to two at one time. Providing notice of pass or fail of previously shipped titles opens the queue for additional titles. Electronic updates to previously shipped titles are available without restriction.

Lifetime Memberships are licensed to a single user without expiration.
